Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 200 g broccoli half head
  • 200 g cauliflower half head
Main Protein
  • 375 g tuna, drained large can
Sauce
  • 1 cup Keto Cheese Sauce about 240 ml
Cheese
  • 85 g mozzarella or cheddar, grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F).
  2. Steam broccoli and cauliflower until tender; cool slightly.
  3. Combine vegetables and tuna in a dish, pour sauce, and stir.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
  5. Serve immediately or store in fridge for up to 5 days.
