Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix flour and baking soda; set aside.
- Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Gradually mix in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and salt.
- Drop dough onto baking sheet; bake 10-12 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
For extra chewy cookies, slightly underbake and let sit for a few minutes before transferring.
