Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Cream butter with sugars, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry, form dough balls, roll in cinnamon-sugar, and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
Notes
For extra cinnamon flavor, sprinkle additional cinnamon on the cookies before baking.
