Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a large bowl.
- Add shredded chicken and Alfredo sauce to the bowl with the biscuit pieces. Toss to coat.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Season with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve hot from the oven.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use homemade Alfredo sauce. You can also add vegetables like broccoli or spinach to the mixture.
