  • 16 oz refrigerated biscuit dough 1 can
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 15 oz Alfredo sauce 1 jar
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add shredded chicken and Alfredo sauce to the bowl with the biscuit pieces. Toss to coat.
  3. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Season with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Serve hot from the oven.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use homemade Alfredo sauce. You can also add vegetables like broccoli or spinach to the mixture.
