Ingredients
  

Chicken and Sauce
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded rotisserie chicken works great!
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper
Dough and Cheese
  • 3 cups refrigerated biscuit dough like Pillsbury Grands
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut biscuit dough into quarters and toss with chicken mixture.
  4. Fold in mozzarella and half of Parmesan cheese, then layer in a greased bundt pan. Top with remaining Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Cool 5 minutes, invert, and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and ensure the biscuit dough is fresh for best results.
