Method
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil, stir-fry garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add chicken, cook until browned, then remove from pan.
- Stir-fry broccoli in remaining oil until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken, add sauces, then thicken with cornstarch mixture. Serve over rice.
Notes
Adjust seasoning as needed and serve immediately.
