- Cook garlic and ginger in oil, form into meatballs, sear until browned, then set aside.
- Cook onion, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, water, broth, red pepper, and honey to make soup base; add meatballs and simmer. Stir in cooked rice and basil.
- Preheat oven, assemble rice, onion, broth, and mushroom soup in baking dish. Top with chicken thighs brushed with butter and seasonings. Cover and bake, then uncover and bake until golden.
- Sauté onion and garlic, add chicken, rice, cream, broth, broccoli, and cheese; simmer until rice is al dente. Top with breadcrumbs and broil until crispy.
- Prepare casserole with shredded chicken, soup, tomatoes, spices, and cheese; bake until hot and bubbly. Garnish with pico de gallo and sliced green onions before serving.
