Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1.5 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
Optional Toppings
  • to taste chopped green onions

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cooked chicken, rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.

Notes

You can add vegetables like peas or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
