Method
- Lay the tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface.
- Spread Caesar dressing evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border.
- Layer the romaine lettuce over the dressing.
- Arrange the sliced or shredded chicken over the lettuce.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and croutons (if using).
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll up from the bottom.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
