  • 4 oz cooked chicken breast sliced or shredded
  • 1/4 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Lay the tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread Caesar dressing evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border.
  3. Layer the romaine lettuce over the dressing.
  4. Arrange the sliced or shredded chicken over the lettuce.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and croutons (if using).
  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll up from the bottom.
  7. Cut in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lower-calorie option, use light Caesar dressing and add more vegetables.
