Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; cook in skillet with olive oil until golden, then set aside.
- Sauté garlic, add spinach until wilted, then stir in cream and Parmesan until melted. Add lemon juice.
