Method
- Boil water and cook ramen noodles for 2 minutes, then drain.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper to make the sauce.
- Stir-fry chicken in 1 tbsp oil until cooked, then set aside.
- Stir-fry vegetables in remaining oil for 2-3 minutes, add garlic, ginger, and white parts of green onions, cook 30 seconds.
- Add chicken, noodles, and sauce to the pan, stir-fry 2-3 minutes, then garnish with green parts of onions and serve.
Notes
Use fresh vegetables for best flavor and texture.
