Method
- Cook sausage in a large skillet until browned, then set aside.
- Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
- Add rice and toast for 1-2 minutes, then stir in broth, BBQ sauce, and spices. Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in corn and sausage, cook 5 more minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.

Use fresh or frozen corn for best flavor.
