Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken breast preferably shredded
  • 3 medium zucchinis zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt for creaminess
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper for seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, sliced zucchini, Greek yogurt, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Let it cool slightly before serving or storing for meal prep.

Notes

You can add extra herbs or spices to customize the flavor to your liking.
