  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
Vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Method
