Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, sugar, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Divide batter evenly among muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle some chopped nuts on top before baking.
