Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mash bananas and mix with wet ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the wet ingredients.
