Method
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients; fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes, then scoop onto baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes until golden.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let sit on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
