Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
- Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- Gradually add dry ingredients; fold in chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls onto sheets.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let cool on the baking sheet.
