Method
- Combine chocolate chips and heavy cream in a saucepan or double boiler.
- Heat over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Stir in liqueur (if using) and salt.
- Pour into a fondue pot or heat-safe bowl.

Notes
