Method
- Mix oats and salt in a large bowl.
- Heat butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa until boiling, then boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour over oats and mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool for 1 hour.

Store in the refrigerator for best texture.
