Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter, sugars, and vanilla. Add eggs and yolk; mix well. Stir in dry ingredients and oats.
- Fold in M&M's, pretzels, chocolate chips, and white chocolate.
- Form dough into 1/4 cup balls, place on baking sheet, and bake for 8-10 minutes. Add remaining M&M's after baking.
- Cool cookies on sheet; enjoy warm or store for up to 4 days.
Notes
For best results, use fresh ingredients and evenly sized dough balls.
