Dough
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
Frying
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
Additional
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Method
 

  1. Boil water with salt and sugar.
  2. Add flour and mix until a thick, smooth dough forms.
  3. Pipe dough into hot oil using a star-shaped nozzle.
  4. Fry until golden brown, then coat in sugar.
