Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix sweet potatoes, maple syrup, milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Spread mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Combine brown sugar, flour, and butter; mix until crumbly. Stir in pecans.
- Sprinkle streusel over sweet potato mixture and bake 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, add more pecans or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before baking.
