Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In another, mash bananas and add wet ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Swirl cinnamon and brown sugar into the batter.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Swirl cinnamon mixture on top.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
