Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment.
- Mix dry ingredients; set aside.
- Cream butter and sugars, add vanilla, then eggs.
- Combine dry and wet, fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto sheets, bake 10-12 mins, cool and enjoy.
Notes
For extra chewiness, refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
