Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Whisk flour and baking soda.
- Cream butter, sugars, and salt until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time.
- Gradually mix in flour mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop dough onto baking sheets, bake for 9-11 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and cool on sheets.
