Salad Ingredients
  • 6 slices turkey bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 head lettuce iceberg, romaine, or a mix, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup red grape juice vinaigrette
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives optional

Method
 

  1. Arrange the chopped lettuce in a large salad bowl or on a platter.
  2. Arrange the turkey bacon, chicken, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, blue cheese, and tomato in neat rows on top of the lettuce.
  3. Drizzle with red grape juice vinaigrette.
  4. Garnish with chopped chives, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon and chicken.
