Method
- Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add eggs and buttermilk. Mix until just combined.
- Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Pour ½ cup batter onto the pan, cook until edges are dry, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Repeat with remaining batter. Serve pancakes with butter and maple syrup.
Notes
For fluffier pancakes, do not overmix the batter.
