Ingredients

  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • a pinch salt
  • pepper (to taste) pepper to taste
  • garlic powder (to taste) garlic powder to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Blend eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Spread mixture evenly on the baking sheet as a thin layer.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  5. Let cool, then fill with toppings and roll up to serve.

Notes

Use fresh cottage cheese for best flavor.
