Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Mix cooked pasta, cottage cheese, marinara, half of mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
Notes
You can add extra herbs or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for more flavor.
