  • 3-4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic
Pasta
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
Dairy
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Boil water, cook linguine until al dente, then drain, reserving some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, melt half of the butter, season chicken, and cook until golden (5-7 min).
  3. Add garlic, paprika, and Italian seasoning; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, add remaining butter, and stir until slightly thickened.
  5. Toss cooked linguine with sauce, adding reserved pasta water for desired consistency.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional parmesan or fresh herbs before serving.
