Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook sausage until browned, then drain.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Spread hash browns in a greased 9x13 dish, layer sausage, then pour egg mixture. Top with cheese and green onions if using.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden.
- Let cool briefly, then slice and serve.
Notes
For a healthier option, use turkey sausage or low-fat cheese.
