Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook sausage until browned, then drain.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Layer hash browns in a greased 9x13 inch dish, add sausage, then half of the cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over, top with remaining cheese and green onions if using.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add some hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
