Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook sausage until browned; drain excess fat.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powders.
- Layer hash browns in a greased 9x13 dish, add sausage, then sprinkle half of cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over, top with remaining cheese and green onions, then bake 45-50 mins.
Notes
For a lighter version, use turkey sausage and low-fat cheese.
