Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out puff pastry and cut into 3x3 inch squares.
- Press pastry squares into a greased mini muffin tin. Place small pieces of Brie into each.
- Top each with a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Brush edges with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool slightly and garnish with herbs if desired.
Notes
Use store-bought cranberry sauce for convenience, or make your own for extra flavor.
