Cranberry Orange Marmalade

Ingredients
  

Cranberries
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
  • 1/4 cup water

Method
 

  1. Rinse cranberries and combine with orange juice, sugar, orange zest, and water in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cranberries burst and mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
  5. Let the marmalade cool completely before sealing and refrigerating.

Notes

Store in sterilized jars and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
