Method
- Rinse cranberries and combine with orange juice, sugar, orange zest, and water in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cranberries burst and mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
- Let the marmalade cool completely before sealing and refrigerating.
Notes
Store in sterilized jars and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
