Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese cut into small pieces
  • 0.5 cup cranberry sauce
  • 0.5 cup pecans chopped
  • 1 egg beaten egg for egg wash
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out pastry and cut into squares.
  2. Place a piece of brie in each square, top with cranberry sauce and pecans.
  3. Fold pastry corners over filling, seal edges, and brush with beaten egg.
  4. Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a crispier crust, brush with egg wash before baking.
