Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a piece of brie in each square, top with cranberry sauce and pecans.
- Fold pastry corners over filling, seal edges, and brush with beaten egg.
- Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a crispier crust, brush with egg wash before baking.
