Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook sausage until browned; drain.
- Add onion and celery; cook until softened. Stir in cranberries, thyme, and sage.
- Combine stuffing mix with sausage mixture; add chicken broth and sit for 10 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; pour over stuffing and fold gently.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish; cover and bake 30 minutes, then uncover and bake 15-20 minutes until golden.
