Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Top sirloin steak
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Brown mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 8 oz Egg noodles

Method
 

  1. Sear the beef strips in a hot skillet until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté the mushrooms and onions in butter and olive oil until tender.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. Stir to combine.
  5. Stir in beef broth, cream, and sour cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Serve over noodles.

Notes

For a richer sauce, use high-quality beef broth and fresh ingredients.
