Method
- Slice chicken, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil, cook chicken until browned, then set aside.
- Melt butter, sauté garlic, add broth, and scrape browned bits. Simmer.
- Stir in cream, lemon juice, zest, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until thickened.
- Stir in spinach, then return chicken. Add remaining butter and toss.
- Serve over rice, pasta, or potatoes. Sprinkle with parmesan.

Serve with a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
