Method
- Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, then cook in a skillet until golden and cooked through. Rest and slice.
- Sauté garlic in the same skillet, then add heavy cream and Parmesan, simmer until thickened.
- Add cherry tomatoes, cook briefly, then toss with pasta and sliced chicken. Garnish with parsley.
