  • 1 pound ziti pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 15 ounce jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Cook ziti according to package directions. Drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked ziti, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the cheese.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
