Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 large chicken breasts
Sauce
  • 10.75 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.75 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz mushrooms (stems and pieces), drained
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chives, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper, place in pan.
  3. Mix mushroom soup, chicken soup, sour cream, mushrooms, water, onion powder, and chives in a bowl.
  4. Pour mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Bake for 1 hour, or until chicken reaches 165°F and sauce is browned.
  6. Serve with your favorite side dish.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts.
