Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz can
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; brown in a skillet with olive oil.
  3. Mix cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and heavy cream; pour over chicken.
  4. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
