Method
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain grease, and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Whisk in beef broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Reduce heat, stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Add beef and pasta back into the skillet.
- Toss until well-coated. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra layer of flavor, try browning the butter slightly before adding the garlic. Be careful not to burn it!
