Method
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika; set aside.
- Cook chicken in 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat until browned, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, then whisk in soup and water until smooth and bubbling.
- Return chicken and add broccoli; cover and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked and broccoli is tender.
- Serve warm with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, add more soup or water as needed.
