Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Seasonings
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste kosher salt
  • to taste freshly cracked black pepper
Dairy & Sauces
  • 4 tablespoons butter divided
  • 4 to 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 10.5 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup or more if needed
  • 1 cup water
Vegetables
  • 2 to 3 cups broccoli, chopped 480–710 ml
Herbs & Garnish
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika; set aside.
  2. Cook chicken in 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat until browned, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, sauté garlic until fragrant, then whisk in soup and water until smooth and bubbling.
  4. Return chicken and add broccoli; cover and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked and broccoli is tender.
  5. Serve warm with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley.

Notes

For a creamier sauce, add more soup or water as needed.
