Method
- Cook pasta according to package; add broccoli in last 2 minutes, then drain.
- Melt butter in skillet, cook kielbasa until browned (~5 min).
- Add onion and garlic; cook 2-3 min until fragrant.
- Whisk milk and cornstarch, pour into skillet, simmer until thickened (~3-5 min).
- Gradually add cheese, stir until melted; add pasta and broccoli, season, and serve.
Notes
Feel free to garnish with fresh parsley for extra flavor.
