  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 piece fresh lemon (juice and zest)
  • 0.5 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet with oil until golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, then add heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and Parmesan. Stir until sauce thickens slightly.
  3. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine or chicken broth to the sauce.
