  • 2 Lemons about 3-4 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweet White grape juice Vinegar
  • 4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Water to thin it out
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper pinch

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  2. Store in an air-tight jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake or blend to re-emulsify before serving.

Notes

For added sweetness, add a bit of sugar, honey, or maple syrup.
