Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
Vegetables
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
Dairy & Cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
Spices & Oils
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
Garnish & Oil
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Layer chicken, cauliflower, and broccoli in a greased casserole dish.
  4. Pour sauce over ingredients, top with cheese, drizzle olive oil, cover with foil.
  5. Bake 25-30 mins, remove foil, bake 10 mins until golden. Garnish with green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs or spices as desired.
